BAGGING AND PALLETIZING LINE IN NAVARRE
Arco Met7, S.L. has carried out the design and manufacture of a complete bagging and palletizing line in a company located in Navarra. The line is composed of: 1 continuous bagging machine for granulated products. 1 output belt with bag former. 1 palletizing robot. 1 rotative wrapping system. Protective fencing for the safety of operators. The supply of the line has been manufactured and delivered in its entirety from our headquarters in La Muela (Zaragoza), while the assembly and commissioning work has been carried out by our technicians at the client’s facilities.
BAGGING AND PALLETIZING LINE IN COLOMBIA
Arco Met7, S.L. has designed and manufactured a complete bagging and palletizing line in a cement and mortar factory in Bogotá, Colombia. The complete line is composed of: 2 pneumatic bagging machines for mortar, with lectern and automatic placement arm. 1 discharge hopper. 1 24m2 bag filter for suction of generated dust. 1 smooth band conveyor belt. 1 palletizing robot with pallet dispenser. Security fencing for the protection of workers. The line has been supplied and manufactured entirely from our headquarters in Zaragoza (Spain), while the assembly and commissioning work has been carried out by our technicians in America.
LOADING A BAGGING AND PALLETIZING LINE FOR JORDAN
Loading of a bagging, palletizing and wrapping line for powdered fertilizers. This plant leaves the Arco Met7 facilities bound for Jordan. The freight includes, among others: Vertical Continuous Bagging Machine | ECF with volumetric dosing system and pre-weighing scale. Palletizing robot with automatic pallet dispenser. Rotary roller conveyor wrapping machine. The ECF Vertical Continuous Bagging Machine automates the 3 bagging processes: forming, filling and sealing the bags. It speeds up bag production, as it maintains a continuous and simultaneous rhythm between the filling and sealing of the bags and the filling and forming of the following bags.
BAGING AND PALLETING LINE FOR DRY MORTAR IN MEXICO
Arco Met7, S.L. has designed and manufactured a double bagging and palletizing line for a dry mortar factory in San Luis de Potosí, Mexico.
