After a few days of our presence in Las Vegas to be part of World Of Concrete 2025, we can say that it has been a success. AUTOMATION OF A CONCRETE SITE IN PORTUGAL
Arco Met7 has been responsible for the assembly and automation of a concrete site located in Portugal. The site is composed of: 1 Double Shaft Mixer – MDE-4500. 2 screw conveying systems. Washing system with 4 heads. 4 silo security system. For the automation of this plant, the Arco A-9020 V1 System has been implemented, together with the control software Arco Gold Two.

BAGGING AND PALLETIZING LINE IN NAVARRE
Arco Met7, S.L. has carried out the design and manufacture of a complete bagging and palletizing line in a company located in Navarra. The line is composed of: 1 continuous bagging machine for granulated products. 1 output belt with bag former. 1 palletizing robot. 1 rotative wrapping system. Protective fencing for the safety of operators. The supply of the line has been manufactured and delivered in its entirety from our headquarters in La Muela (Zaragoza), while the assembly and commissioning work has been carried out by our technicians at the client’s facilities.
BAGGING AND PALLETIZING LINE IN COLOMBIA
Arco Met7, S.L. has designed and manufactured a complete bagging and palletizing line in a cement and mortar factory in Bogotá, Colombia. The complete line is composed of: 2 pneumatic bagging machines for mortar, with lectern and automatic placement arm. 1 discharge hopper. 1 24m2 bag filter for suction of generated dust. 1 smooth band conveyor belt. 1 palletizing robot with pallet dispenser. Security fencing for the protection of workers. The line has been supplied and manufactured entirely from our headquarters in Zaragoza (Spain), while the assembly and commissioning work has been carried out by our technicians in America.
