CONCRETE PLANT IN PORTUGAL
A few months ago, Arco Met7 S.L. completed a project for a concrete plant in the Porto area, Portugal, with a fully galvanized metal construction and a production capacity of 100-120 m³/h. We show you the result and the components of the plant. BAUMA 2025 | Our participation at BAUMA 2025
From April 7th to 13th, 2025, we were in Munich to participate in BAUMA 2025, a participation we value positively. MODULAR MORTAR PLANT IN MEXICO
Arco Met7 S.L. and Arco Electrónica S.A. have carried out the installation and automation of a modular mortar plant in Mexico. The mortar plant also has a bagging and palletizing line to integrate the entire mortar production process. For its automation, our Arco Dry Mix Software has been used, which will provide greater efficiency, control and traceability of production. Meanwhile, the bagging and palletizing line has been automated with Arco Central Packaging Software. After a few days of our presence in Las Vegas to be part of World Of Concrete 2025, we can say that it has been a success. AUTOMATION OF A CONCRETE SITE IN PORTUGAL
Arco Met7 has been responsible for the assembly and automation of a concrete site located in Portugal. The site is composed of: 1 Double Shaft Mixer – MDE-4500. 2 screw conveying systems. Washing system with 4 heads. 4 silo security system. For the automation of this plant, the Arco A-9020 V1 System has been implemented, together with the control software Arco Gold Two.
