MORTAR PLANT IN ANDALUSIA
Arco Met7 S.L. and Arco Electrónica S.A. have started a new project: assembly and automation of a mortar plant and packaging lines in Andalusia. The mortar plant, which is in the assembly phase, will have a packaging line that will integrate the bagging and palletizing processes. The plant automation will be carried out with our Arco Dry Mix Software, which allows easy handling for control, weighing and manufacturing in mortar facilities. PRECAST PLANT IN PORTUGAL
New precast plant with wagon distribution in Portugal. Arco Electrónica S.A. and Arco Met7 S.L. have completed the installation of a precast plant with wagon distribution in Portugal. The plant is currently in the commissioning phase and is equipped with an AMET7 MST-3000 Planetary Mixer and Arco Gold Two software for controlling and visualizing the entire production process. MV-5250 VERTICAL MIXERS FOR EGYPT
Two Vertical Mixers, Mod. MV-5250, for the glass industry are heading to Egypt. Vertical Mixer MV-5250 3.5 m³ For this project, both MV-5250 Vertical Mixers were manufactured with a special 160 kW motor; the standard is 132 kW. In addition, they have sensors of: Reducer oil measurement system. Spin meter system. Vibration measuring system. Because each MV-5250 mixer weighs 12,500 kg and is large, they had to be loaded onto special transport barges for shipment to Egypt. A few months ago, Arco Met7 S.L. completed a project for a concrete plant in the Porto area, Portugal, with a fully galvanized metal construction and a production capacity of 100-120 m³/h.
