Pneumatic valve bagging machine
The valve bag machine is a bagging machine specially designed for powdered products and very fine granular products. Furthermore, its fluidization system for the bagged product guarantees precise and reliable filling in sectors such as mortar, cement, lime, plaster, flour, and semolina.
The pneumatic bagging machine can fill bags up to 50 kg and is equipped with a weighing system suspended on load cells, ensuring a highly satisfactory and uninterrupted performance.
The automatic, semi-automatic bagging machine is equipped with a bag placing arm, which, together with the additional bag collecting conveyor system, achieves maximum productivity.
It also features a suction collector that creates a dust-free environment inside the machine, while the double-cut system allows for precise weight control.
