Arco Met7, S.L. has designed and manufactured a double bagging and palletizing line for a dry mortar factory in San Luis de Potosí, Mexico. The total production of this line is 16-20 tons per hour.
The complete line is made up of:
- Four ENM pneumatic bagging machines for 25 kg paper valve bags, with stand and automatic bag placement arm at the bagging machine nozzle.
- Two finished bag collection belts, one for each two baggers.
- One 48m2 dust filter for suctioning the dust generated.
- Two automatic palletizing robots with 2 automatic pallet dispensers.
- Security fencing for the protection of workers.
The supply of the line has been completely manufactured and delivered from our headquarters in Zaragoza (Spain) and the assembly and commissioning carried out by our technicians in America.
