LOADING A BAGGING AND PALLETIZING LINE FOR JORDAN

Loading of a bagging, palletizing and wrapping line for powdered fertilizers. This plant leaves the Arco Met7 facilities bound for Jordan.

The freight includes, among others:

• Vertical Continuous Bagging Machine | ECF with volumetric dosing system and pre-weighing scale.
• Palletizing robot with automatic pallet dispenser.
• Rotary roller conveyor wrapping machine.

The ECF Vertical Continuous Bagging Machine automates the 3 bagging processes: forming, filling and sealing the bags. It speeds up bag production, as it maintains a continuous and simultaneous rhythm between the filling and sealing of the bags and the filling and forming of the following bags.
