Vertical FFS bagging system for plastic bags from flat reel

The FFS vertical bagging machine is a form-fill-seal machine that automates the three bagging processes: forming, filling, and sealing bags. It was developed for continuous production from a flat reel. This reel is laminated and formed into a tube.

The vertical bagging machine features two horizontal seals that seal simultaneously. The bottom seal of the current bag and the top seal of the previous bag are performed simultaneously. Along with this sealing, both bags are cut.

This helps speed up bag production by maintaining a continuous and simultaneous flow between the filling and sealing of the bags and the filling and forming of the following bags.
