BAGGING AND PALLETIZING LINE IN COLOMBIA

Arco Met7, S.L. has designed and manufactured a complete bagging and palletizing line in a cement and mortar factory in Bogotá, Colombia.

The complete line is composed of:

• 2 pneumatic bagging machines for mortar, with lectern and automatic placement arm.
• 1 discharge hopper.
• 1 24m2 bag filter for suction of generated dust.
• 1 smooth band conveyor belt.
• 1 palletizing robot with pallet dispenser.
• Security fencing for the protection of workers.

The line has been supplied and manufactured entirely from our headquarters in Zaragoza (Spain), while the assembly and commissioning work has been carried out by our technicians in America.
