Arcomet7, has successfully completed the installation of a powerful palletising robot at a major agri-food company near Reims.
Customer problem: improving efficiency in the palletising process.
The customer faced a considerable challenge on its production line. The traditional palletising process was slow, inefficient and labour intensive. In addition, space and dimensions were a limiting factor that required a tailor-made solution. The company needed an end-of-line system to optimise the palletising process.
Arcomet7’s solution: an Automated Robot Palletiser
In response to the challenges posed by the customer, Arcomet7 implemented a palletising system specifically designed and adapted to the space of the facility.
- Automated line system and intuitive software
The Arcomet7 palletising robot is perfectly integrated into the customer’s bagging line, thanks to our specialised software. This software, equipped with a SCADA, allows the customer to intuitively access all the elements of the line, providing total control of the palletising process. It also includes a telematic support service with remote assistance in case of any eventuality. - Energy efficiency and customised adapta
tionThe adaptation and optimisation of the palletising system according to the customer’s dimensions and space were key elements in the implementation of the Arcomet7 palletising robot. In addition, this system is distinguished by its energy efficiency, which translates into significant savings for the customer and a reduced environmental impact. - Highlights of the automatic palletising robot
The heart of this industrial solution is the double tray gripper that has been modified to a single one, which allows the robot to perform multiple functions of placing and picking up bags, as well as arranging empty pallets on the line and protecting them by placing cardboard to prevent dampness. - Production of the palletising robot
It has been specially designed for 16-20 kg open-mouth bags.
Production is estimated at 100 bags/hour, equivalent to 1.6 Tn/hour.
